高职学生工匠精神养成教育的路径研究

摘　　要：随着时代的发展,人民的物质生活水平不断地提高,投机主义和享乐主义盛行于社会潮流之中,人人自顾于自己享乐而忽视了对于社会的价值和责任的承担。这样的风气逐渐被高职学校的学生所接受,从而影响学生对于社会责任的承担和对于自我正确价值观的建立。而我国传承古老的工匠精神对于高职学生的价值观、世界观、人生观的建立有着巨大的意义;而对于高校来说,引进工匠精神有利于提高高职学校学生的就业率和建立高职学校的价值观。With the development of the times,the people's material living standards have been continuously improved,and opportunism and hedonism have prevailed in the trend of society,everyone ignoring his commitment to social values and responsibilities in spite of his own enjoyment.This trend has gradually been accepted by students in higher vocational colleges,thereby affecting their commitment to social responsibilities and the establishment of self-correct values.The inheritance of ancient craftsman spirit in our country has great significance for the establishment of higher vocational students'values,world outlook and outlook on life.For colleges and universities,the introduction of the craftsman spirit is conducive to improving the employment rate of higher vocational students and the establishment of the values of higher vocational colleges.
