摘　　要：该文根据重庆市十大战略新兴产业中机器人产业发展实际,基于当前实践教学条件与人才需求具体要求之间的矛盾,提出相应人才培养实训基地建设的标准、目标和功能,探讨教学团队、管理队伍、管理制度的具体建设内容,形成了一个提高人才培养质量和社会服务能力并适应区域产业发展的工业机器人实训基地建设性方案。According to the actual development of industrial robot industry,which belongs to Chongqing city ten strategic emerging industries,this article intends to find out the contradiction between the current practical teaching conditions and specific requirements of talent demand,to propose corresponding standards,goals and functions of talent training base establishment,to discuss specifics contents of teams of teaching,management and system,and to propose constructive scheme of industrial robot training base suitable for region industrial development that could improve the talent cultivation quality of the base and its social service ability.
