摘 要:目的:浅谈中南大学湘雅三医院急诊科住院医师培养中不同教学模式的穿插运用,以期交流学习并完善。方法:第一套教学方法包括讲授教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)、以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)和案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)三大传统的经典教学模式;第二套教学方法是本院急诊住培专业基地的三级教学方法,即全院大课学习、急诊专业课程学习和急诊单独带教学习。将六种教学方法互相穿插,运用于住院医师培训。结论:中南大学湘雅三医院急诊科用六种教学方法穿插运用,取得了良好的效果。Objective:Briefly introduce the alternate practice of teaching method in the emergency department of The Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University,in order to communicate、improve and perfect.Methods:The first type of teaching method includs lecture-based learning、problem-based learning、case-based learning;The second type of teaching method is three level teaching method in our emergency resident training departmenthospital,including the whole medical lessons、emergency professional course and emergency individual teaching.Alternate different teaching method throughout practice.Conclusion:Alternate practice of teaching method in the emergency department of The Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University obtains good results in the teaching of residents.
