摘　　要：广西医科大学第一附属医院为高等医学院校的教学医院,承担着不同层次的实习生带教任务,药学部门诊药房主要承担药学类学生的后期教学任务,在带教过程中,注重充分利用药房丰富的教学材料,发挥带教老师的能动性,严格按照教学计划进行带教和考核,让学生在实践中掌握良好药房工作技能,为其走上工作岗位打下坚实的基础。The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University is the teaching hospital of higher medical colleges,which undertake different levels of interns teaching tasks.The outpatient pharmacy of pharmacy department is mainly responsible for the late teaching task of the pharmaceutical students.In the course of teaching,we pay attention to the full use of the rich teaching materials of the pharmacy and exert the initiative of the teacher.Strictly carry out teaching and assessment according to the teaching plan.Let students'master good working skills of pharmacy and lay a solid foundation for their future work.
