摘 要:目的在外科动物实验过程中实践运用综合设计教学方案,分析教学效果。方法选择2010级、2011级五年制临床医学专业共413名学生进行分组对照研究。结果对两组同学采用实验过程评估、理论考试和调查问卷,综合分析临床技能掌握效果和临床思维能力,总体评价效果,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合性设计教学模式有助于帮助提升临床学生的分析、解决问题能力,激发同学学习积极自动性。结论学生经过外科动物实验的自主设计和学习,对外科手术的科学严谨性有力进一步认识,其责任心和独立解决问题的能力得到显著提高,教学效果满意,掌握外科基础技能的教学目标达成。Objective Utilize the comprehensive teaching design in the animal surgical experiment,and analyse the teaching effect.Methods 413 students were divided in two groups from grade 2010,grade 2011 majored in clinical medicine for five years.Results Two groups of students using the experimental evaluation,theoretical tests and questionnaires,comprehensive analysis of clinical skills mastery and clinical thinking ability,the overall evaluation effect,with statistical significance(<0.05).The comprehensive design of teaching mode helps to improve clinical students'ability to analyze and solve problems and inspire students to learn positive automatism.Conclusion The students automatically designed and studyed the animal experiment of surgery,surgery of scientific rigor strong understanding ability,the responsibility and independently solving problems skills significantly improved,the teaching effect is satisfactary,the goal of grasping the basic skills of the surgery is completed.
