摘  要:城市环形交叉口多已实施了信号控制,然而信号控制环形交叉口通行能力计算方法仍存在不足之处。在基于间隙接受理论计算通行能力时,临界间隙的确定方法多运用实际数据回归分析或假定临界间隙分布以概率论估计,与实际存在较大偏差,因而提出了一种考虑驾驶员行为、车辆行驶特征与入口几何特征的临界间隙计算方法。并运用该方法建立了信号控制环形交叉口入口单车道的通行能力计算模型,在模型中给出了信号控制时环形车道车流量的通用计算公式,该公式可描述不同相位控制时的环形交叉口环形车道车流量。给出了环形交叉口运行稳定时通行能力计算的迭代方法,确定了输入值与输出值。最后以长春市新民广场为例进行了计算,模型计算值为7 916pcu/h,仿真值为7 582pcu/h,误差为4.2%。与其他计算方法相比,模型计算值误差最小。Signal control is widely applied in cities to solve the problem of congestion at roundabouts.However,there are shortcomings in calculation of traffic capacity at signalized roundabouts.Based on gap acceptance theory,there are two methods to calculate critical gap.One uses actual data for regression analysis;the other assumes distribution of data to estimate based on probability theory.However,the results of both have large deviation compared with the actual situations.Therefore,a calculation method considering behaviors of drivers,operation characteristics of vehicles,and geometric features of entrance is proposed.Then a model is developed based on this method to calculate traffic capacity of a single lane at the entrance of roundabouts.A general formula is used to get traffic volume of rotary roads under the control of different phases.An iterative method to calculate the stable capacity of roundabouts is proposed.Then input and output values are determined.The Xinmin square in Changchun is taken as a case study,the calculation result is 7 916 pcu/h,and the simulation result is 7 582 pcu/h,the error is 4.2%.Compared with other calculation methods,this model has the minimum error.
