摘  要:目的探讨以案例为基础的教学方法(CBL)和以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)在医学微生物学教学中的应用效果。方法随机抽取本校2014级临床医学专业本科1~6班的同学作为调查对象,采用问卷调查、统计学方法和课程考核的方式进行分析。结果显示与CBL教学法相比,PBL有13个项目相对于CBL具有优势(P<0.05);运用传统讲授法结合PBL法的学生成绩最高,显著高于运用其他两种方法的学生成绩,其次是运用传统讲授法结合CBL法的成绩显著高于单纯传统讲授法。结论 PBL教学法更容易实现理论和实践相结合,提高学生学习的主动性,并对提高语言表达能力、人际沟通能力和团队合作意识等综合素质有明显帮助,其教学效果明显优于CBL教学法。由此,提出在医学微生物学教学过程中以PBL为主,CBL为辅,两者互相补充,综合运用,才能最大限度地提高教学质量。Objective To explore the teaching effects of problem-based learning(PBL)and applying case-based learning(CBL)in teaching medical microbiology.Methods Randomly drawing the clinical medical students in class 1~6 among grade 2014 undergraduates as the object of investigation,a questionnaire,statistical method and course assessment were used for data analysis.Results The results indicated that 13 survey projects of PBL presented more advantages than CBL(P<0.05).The students with the traditional teaching method combined with PBL method had the highest score,which was significantly higher than the other two methods,followed by the traditional teaching method combined with the CBL method,which was significantly higher than the traditional teaching method.Conclusion PBL could easily lead to combination of theory and practice,improve the motivation and drive to learn,the ability to express one’s self,interpersonal communication skills,and ability to work in groups.In the course of medical microbiology teaching,PBL should be the main teaching method and be supplemented by CBL,in order to maximally improve the quality and efficiency of teaching.
