摘 要:食用香辛料是芳香植物的干燥粉末或精油,在菜品中起到调香、调味、改善菜肴风味及着色等作用,能增进食欲,帮助消化和吸收。现代研究表明,香辛料除了具有调味功能外,其富含的各种植物化学成分具有抑菌、抗氧化、保湿、美白、赋香、着色及防晒等功能,非常适合化妆品添加剂。本文主要综述了香辛料在化妆品中应用的各种功效,以全面认识香辛料的价值,并为未来研发植物源化妆品提供科学参考。Edible spices are dry powder or essential oil of aromatic plants which can improve the appetite,stimulate digestion and absorption for its role in flavoring,seasoning,improving the flavor and coloring of the dishes.Modern studies suggest that spices have a variety of phytochemicals with the multi-functions such as antibacterial,anti-oxidation,moisturizing,whitening,fragrance,coloring and sunscreen,in addition to their traditional role as food flavoring,and they are suitable for cosmetics applications additives.This review mainly summarizes the functions of spices in cosmetics,intends to have a better understanding of the value of spices,and provides scientific references for future research and development of botanical cosmetics.
