摘  要:教学模因是教师知识传播和进化的信息单位,象人类的生物基因一样需要外部环境和条件支持才能获得传播和繁殖进化,是教师知识发展和创新的源泉。据此,教师培训实施方案设计要抓住教学关键点确定教师培训主题,提炼知识管理模型整体设计活动,开发和建设最佳原型性示范课例,以培训目标任务激励模仿和创新,为教学模因的转播和进化创造良好的环境和条件,促进教师知识进化与超越。Teaching meme is the information unit of teacher knowledge transmission and evolution.As human biological genes have the vitality,as long as the external environment and conditions are mature,they can acquire the opportunity of propagation and reproduction,which is the source of teacher knowledge development and innovation.To design the implementation plan of teacher training programs,we should consider how to create a good environment and conditions to promote the teachers knowledge evolution and beyond.This paper provide some strategies as follow:grasp the key points of teaching to determine the teacher training topic;design the plan as a whole by refining a knowledge management model to provide opportunities for the cyclic evolution of explicit and tacit knowledge;develop and build the best prototype demonstration lesson to improve the appeal and competitiveness of teaching memes;stimulate the trainee teachers to imitate and innovate with training objectives and tasks.
