摘　　要：最近几年,食品安全问题频繁出现,引起了社会的广泛关注。本文探讨了目前食品微生物检验技术中存在的问题,如检验标准不统一、高新检验技术应用不及时等,并提出了一些食品微生物检验技术的对策。In recent years,food safety problems occurred frequently,which aroused the wide attention of the society.This paper discusses the current problems existing infood microbe testing technology,for example,the test standards are not unified and the application of advanced test technology is not in time,and finally puts forward some countermeasures concerning food microbe testing technology.
