摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,人们对食品安全的要求越来越高。良好农业规范(GAP)作为农产品生产加工环节的国际通行标准,在我国得到了广泛的应用。本文从提高企业的员工食品安全意识和竞争能力、提高政府监管水平和政府形象、提高食品安全系数和消费者购买意愿等角度对GAP在提高我国食品安全中的作用进行了分析。然后分析了GAP推广中存在的成本投入大、回报期长、社会认知程度低、农产品生产加工规模小、与国际差距大等困难和问题。在此基础上,最后提出了相应的对策建议。With the development of the social economy,people’s demand for safe food is getting higher and higher.Good Agricultural Practice(GAP),as an international standard for production and processing of agricultural products,has been continuously applied in China.This paper analyzes the role of GAP in improving food safety in China from the perspectives of improving employees’food safety awareness and competitiveness,improving government supervision and government image,improving food safety factor and consumers’willingness to purchase.Then it analyzes the difficulties and problems in the promotion of GAP,such as large cost investment,long payback period,low social cognition,small scale of agricultural production and processing,and large international gap.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
