摘 要:硫酸盐木浆打浆能耗高,打浆前酶处理可以降低打浆能耗。在生产中采用不同的生物酶进行优化,分别对针叶木和阔叶木漂白硫酸盐浆在打浆前进行预处理,研究了生物酶预处理对漂白硫酸盐木浆打浆性能和纸张性能的影响。结果表明,针叶木漂白硫酸盐浆打浆前采用纤维素酶Novozym 476处理后,打浆能耗有所降低,成纸裂断长提高;采用纤维素酶Novozyme 51064处理后,打浆能耗显著降低,同时能够保持纸张的物理强度。阔叶木漂白硫酸盐浆打浆前采用木聚糖酶pulpzyme HC处理后,打浆能耗显著降低,同时纸张的裂断长有所提高。The beating of kraft wood pulp is a high energy consumption process,but the consumption can be reduced through enzyme pre-treatment.In this paper,different kinds of bio-enzyme were applied in the pre-treatment of softwood bleached kraft pulp(SBKP)and hardwood bleached kraft pulp(HBKP)respectively before pulp beating.The effects of bio-enzyme pre-treatment on the beating performance and paper properties were also discussed.The results showed that compared to the untreated pulp,the energy consumption for beating was reduced after pre-treatment of SBKP with Novozym 476 prior to beating,and the breaking length of paper was improved.The energy consumption decreased obviously after pre-treatment of SBKP with Novozym 51064,and the physical properties of paper was well guaranteed.Meanwhile,the energy consumption was lowered obviously after pre-treatment of HBKP with xylase pulpzyme HC,and the breaking length of paper was improved.
