摘 要:随着社会的发展,词义会出现分化现象。一词多义是词义变化的结果,也是多元学科发展的产物。由于翻译实践涉及到不同领域的多个学科,译者必须具备跨学科视野,对一词多义加以分析和考察。在翻译教学中关注与跨学科因素紧密相联的一词多义现象,能加强译者在词汇层面对译文细节的洞察力,从而提升译者的专业素养,提高在不同学科领域的翻译服务质量。The meaning of lexical items varies with social development and multi-disciplinary progress,which produces a common phenomenon described as polysemy in language study and translation teaching.As translation practice involves different subjects in diverse disciplines,translators need an interdisciplinary vision to analyze lexical meaning from multiple perspectives and dimensions.Adequate heed should be given to polysemy in translation teaching so that translators can have more insight into niceties in translation at the lexical level.Based on consideration concerning interdisciplinary factors,translators can improve their professional competence,thus bettering translation quality in all fields.
