摘  要:翻转课堂教学已经成为发达国家高校教学改革的一种趋势,对当今各国高校的教学产生较大的影响。翻转课堂的教学因素主要包括学习目标的设计、学习资源的选择与开发、学习活动的设计、多元化的评价等。运用翻转课堂教学对汉语言文学专业师范生进行教学设计技能训练应考虑其利与弊,在具体的教学中要做好课前教学设计、把握住翻转课堂教学活动策略、实施多元评价等工作。Flipped classroom teaching has become a trend in the reform of colleges and universities in developed countries,which has a greater impact on the teaching of colleges and universities in various countries.The teaching factors of flipped classroom mainly include the design of learning objectives,the selection and development of learning resources,the design of learning activities,and the evaluation of diversification.It is necessary to take into account the advantages and disadvantages of teaching design skills training for normal students of Chinese language and literature major.In the specific teaching,we should do a good job in pre-course teaching design,grasp the strategy of flipped classroom teaching activities,and implement multi-evaluation.
