高职英语教师专业发展需求调查与分析——以北京地区为例

摘　　要：对北京市10所高职院校英语教师发展需求调查显示,高职英语教师有迫切的发展需求和明确的发展目标,但对科研对教学的促进作用认识尚显不足,且普遍缺乏企业实践机会。本文在剖析调查结果的基础上,提出促进高职英语教师发展的几点建议:(1)转变观念,重新认识高职教学和科研;(2)创造企业实践条件;(3)提供实在的、有针对性的进修和培训。An investigation on the development needs of English teachers in 10 higher vocational colleges in Beijing shows that higher vocational English teachers have urgent development needs and clear development goals,but their understanding of the role of scientific research in teaching is still insufficient,and there is a general lack of opportunities for enterprise practice.Based on the analysis of the investigation results,some suggestions for promoting the development of higher vocational English teachers are put forward:(1)Changing the concept and renewing the understanding of higher vocational teaching and scientific research;(2)Creating conditions for enterprise practice;(3)Providing real and targeted further education and training.
