摘 要:在全国上下呼吁生态文明的大背景下,高职院校应关注教育与生态的有机结合,进一步转变育人理念,创新育人方法,借助多方力量,积极探索与生态文明相适应的可持续发展的育人理念。将校友资源融入育人工作,充分发挥校友育人的积极作用,是社会文明进步的必然趋势,并逐渐成为高职院校的一种共识。但在实践探索方面较发达国家而言,仅仅是万里长征刚起步。从环境营建、体系创建、载体搭建、根基筑建等视角切入,进行高职院校校友育人教育生态的构建,有助于开辟广阔的育人空间与视角,营造校友育人新生态。In the context of advocacy of nationwide ecological civilization,higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the combination of education and ecology,reforming the educational concept and innovating education method with the help of all aspects of society.They should actively explore the concept of sustainable development of education which accommodates to the ecological civilization.It is an inevitable trend that the progress of social civilization will integrate the alumni resources into the practice of educating people,therefore the positive role of the alumni will increasingly become a consensus at higher vocational colleges.However,compared with developed countries,the practice in our country is only the beginning of the long march.From the perspectives of environmental construction,system creation,carrier construction and foundation building,alumni mentoring for construction of educational ecology will help to open up vast educational space,and then create a new ecological education.
