新时代校企合作必要性与机制研究——以高职院校与中小企业合作为视角

摘　　要：高职院校与中小企业校企合作是自身发展的需要,也是新时代的要求,为此有必要研究二者的合作机制。要真正实现高职院校和中小企业校企合作,共同培养高技能人才,为社会经济服务,需要做到四个方面:一是政府引导和管理,建设校企合作项目的资助、评审和验收的机构;二是由学校和企业组成校企合作委员会规划和协调校企合作项目;三是建立以企业为主体的技术创新机构和研发团队;四是学校和企业实行教学资源共享。The cooperation between vocational colleges and small and medium-sized enterprises is the need of their own development,and is also the requirement of the new era.The real cooperation between them can be obtained and highly skilled personnel can be trained and the service can be provided for social and economic development.The following measures can be taken:1.the government guidance and management,the establishment of cooperation project,funding,review and acceptance of the organization;2.government guidance by school and enterprise group into the cooperation committee to plan and coordinate the cooperation projects;3.the establishment of enterprises as the mainstay of technological innovation and R&D team;4.sharing teaching resources with eaterprises.
