摘 要:目的:探讨肿瘤外科临床教学中3D打印技术联合基于问题的学习(PBL)教学模式的应用价值。方法:选取2016-2017年间于医院肿瘤外科进行住院医师规范化培训的64名学生,以数表法随机将其分为观察组及对照组,每组32名。对照组采用传统PBL教学模式进行教导,观察组采用PBL教学模式联合3D打印技术的教学模式进行教导,对比观察两组学生理论考核成绩、对教学满意度及临床实践成绩等指标。结果:经3个月不同模式教学后,观察组理论成绩中执业真题成绩、出科理论和前沿知识明显高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=4.273,t=4.172,t=3.259;P<0.05);观察组实践成绩中问诊、查体和鉴别诊断成绩均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=3.104,t=2.283,t=2.938;P<0.05);观察组学生对教学满意度明显高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=5.237,P<0.05)。结论:在肿瘤外科的临床教学中,使用3D打印技术联合PBL教学模式可有效提高医学生的学习效率和学习兴趣,值得在医院临床教学中推广使用。Objective:To discuss the application value of 3D printing technique combined with(problem based learning)PBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of surgical oncology.Methods:64 students who were trained by standardized training of house surgeon in surgical oncology were selected.And they were divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases)as random number table.The traditional PBL teaching mode was adopted to indoctrinate control group,and the traditional PBL teaching mode combined with 3D printing technique was adopted to indoctrinate observation group.The series of indexes included scores of theoretical examination,satisfaction about teaching,score of clinical practice and so on of two groups were compared and observed.Results:After 3 months,the scores of original examination,theoretical scores of special department and knowledge of leading edge of theoretical scores of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(t=4.273,t=4.172,t=3.259,P<0.05).And the scores of inquiry diagnosis,physical examination and identification diagnosis of practice examination of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group(t=3.104,t=2.283,t=2.938,P<0.05).In addition,the satisfaction about teaching of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(x^2=5.237,P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical teaching of surgical oncology,using 3D printing technical combined with PBL teaching mode can effectively improve the efficiency of learning and interest of learning.Therefore,it is worth to popularize and apply this mode in clinical teaching of hospital.
