摘　　要：《晋城职业技术学院学报》作为一种高职院校的稀有宝贵资源,不能仅局限于满足教师晋升职称发表论文的需要,而应主动将其与学院优质校行动计划相联系。课题组针对目前广大师生对学报功能的狭隘性认知以及编辑部工作内容相对单一的现状,进行了专题调研并提出了系列有利于全面发挥学报功能的措施。As a precious resource,Journal of Jincheng Institute of Technology should not only satisfy the teachers’needs to promote their professional titles,but also serve the construction of Quality College actively.Aiming at the teachers and students’narrow cognition to the journal and the work singleness of the editorial department,the research group goes on a special survey and puts forward a series of measures to perform the functions of the journal better.
