摘 要:目的研究医学人文教育在实习医生的医患沟通技能中的作用。方法对于进入科室的实习医生,进行医学人文教育,利用《医学生临床沟通能力评价表》对其接受医学人文教育前及教育后的医患沟通能力进行评价,并与前一年没有进行实习生医学人文教育时患者满意度调查表进行满意度调查结果对比分析。结果绝大多数实习医生对所学内容及形式感到满意。人文教育后的满意度为100%,与人文教育前的满意度97%,比较差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。经过人文教育后,实习医生的各项沟通能力均有明显提高,尤其在理解患者方面表现得尤其显著,均P<0.05。结论实习医生的医学人文教育需给予加强,实习医生接受医学人文教育后可以明显提高医患沟通技能。Objective To study the role of medical humanities education in improving interns'doctor-patient communicative skills.Methods For the interns in the department,the medical humanities education was conducted,and the their communicative skills before and after education were evaluated by using The Evaluation Table of Clinical Communicative Ability of Medical Students,and investigation results of the patients’satisfaction were compared with those without interns'medical humanities education.Results Most interns were satisfied with the teaching content and style.After the humanities education,the satisfaction rate was 100%,compared with 97%before the humanities education,and there was statistically significant difference,P<0.05.After the humanities education,the communication skills of the interns have been significantly improved,especially in the understanding of patients,especially,P<0.05.Conclusion The medical humanities education of interns should be strengthened,and the medical humanities education can obviously improve the communicative skills.
