摘  要:目的:了解不同岗位住培人员组织支持感和住培制度满意度现况,比较不同特征人员的差异性,探讨组织支持感与住培制度满意度的关系。方法:对参加2017年住院医师规范化培训高峰论坛的住培人员进行问卷调查。结果:全科医师的组织支持感和对住培制度满意度最低,住培学员的组织支持感和对住培制度满意度也显著低于其他岗位。结论:组织支持感对住培制度满意度具有预测作用。建议给予年轻、低从业年限的住培人员更多关怀,提高住培各类人员的组织支持感,确保住培学员培训期间待遇水平及公平性,加快健全全科医学人才队伍培养、使用、激励机制,保障住培质量。Objectives:To learn the status quo of resident standardized training satisfaction and organization support of resident in different post,compare differences between different groups and explore the relationship between organization support and satisfaction rate with resident standardized training system.Methods:Questionnaire was carried out with resident who attended the forum of resident standardized training.Results:The general practitioner got the lowest organization support and satisfaction and resident who received standardized training is significantly lower than that of other residents.Conclusions:Organization support can help forecast satisfaction.It is considered to pay more attention to young doctors,improve organization support,assure the compensation and equity,complete general practitioner’s training,use and motivation and assure quality of resident standardized training.
