摘  要:校企产学研合作是高职院校旅游专业培养实践型、应用型、创新型人才的重要途径,而"双师型"教师是高职教育的关键力量,在实现人才培养目标中起着关键作用。然而,目前高职院校旅游专业对于"双师型"教师的培养仍存在双师素质偏低与师资结构不合理,校企合作大多流于形式,双师队伍考核、激励制度缺失等问题。因此,基于校企产学研合作背景下,从政府主导与政策支持、培养机制、实践性横向课题研究、激励机制等方面提出培养高职院校旅游专业"双师型"教师的若干建议,旨在深化校企产学研合作,提高双师素质,实现专业人才培养目标。School-enterprise industry-university-research cooperation is an important way to train practical,applied and innovative talents for tourism majors in higher vocational colleges,while“double-qualified”teachers are the key force of higher vocational education and play a key role in realizing the goal of talent cultivation.However,at present,there are still some problems in the cultivation of“double-qualified”teachers for tourism majors in higher vocational colleges,such as low quality of double qualified teachers and unreasonable proportion of teacher structure,the cooperation between schools and enterprises become formalistic,and the lack of assessment and incentive system for the double-qualified teachers.Therefore,based on the background of“industry-university-institute”cooperation between colleges,the article gives some suggestions from training mechanism,practical horizontal topic research,incentive mechanism and so on for cultivating tourism specialty in higher vocational colleges“double type”teachers’with the support from the government and policy,aimed at deepen the industry-university-institute cooperation between higher vocational colleges,improve the quality of the double,and achieve the goal of talent cultivation.
