摘　　要：中国特色社会主义建设取得了巨大成就,让广大基层群众感受到了更多的获得感。中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,需要不断满足基层群众多个层面的需求,化解不平衡不充分的发展之间的"新矛盾",并且引导基层群众对物质方面获得的满足进行正确认知,增强基层民众获得之后的满意度和积极心理体验,使基层群众得到实实在在的幸福感,最终实现"美好生活"。Great achievements have been made in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,so that the masses at the grass-roots level feel more sense of acquisition.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.It is necessary to constantly meet the needs of the grass-roots masses at various levels,resolve the“new contradictions”between the imbalanced and inadequate development,guide the grass-roots masses to correctly understand the material satisfaction,and enhance the grass-roots people's satisfaction and positive psychological experience after they have obtained it.So that the grass-roots people can get a real sense of happiness and finally achieve“a better life”.
