摘 要:对兰新高速铁路不同区段无砟轨道聚氨酯嵌缝材料伤损情况进行现场调研,分析无砟轨道聚氨酯嵌缝材料伤损类型及发展规律。针对高原大风严寒地区嵌缝材料伤损特点,优选相容性好的有机硅柔性密封嵌缝材料进行现场试验性修补。提出无砟轨道嵌缝材料表面封面、离缝嵌填和整体更换修复技术,为西北特殊环境下高速铁路无砟轨道嵌缝材料伤损的修补提供技术支撑。Through on-site investigation on the damage of polyurethane caulking material in different sections of Lanzhou-Xinjiang high speed railway,the damage types and development laws of polyurethane caulking material in ballastless track were analyzed.According to the damage characteristics of polyurethane caulking material in the plateau windy cold region,f lexible and sealing silicone caulking material with good compatibility should be preferred chosen to implement f ield repairing.The repair techniques such as surface sealing,interface seal caulking and overall replacement by using ballastless track caulking material were put forward,which provide technical support to repair damage of caulking material in ballastless track in north-west special enviroment.
