摘 要:进入数字时代,教育场域的结构性变革业已展开,教师作为教育教学的核心,亦无法规避数字化的冲击。置身于以技术为支撑的数字时代,教师角色应从知识传递者走向知识协同者,从课程执行者转向课程研发者,从学习监管者迈向学习引领者。循此理路,教师应确立共在对话型师生关系、形塑多层复合型知能结构、建构共生发展型学习共同体,以顺应数字时代自身角色的变革与重塑。The digital age has come,which leads to the structural change of educational ecology,as a key figure in education and teaching activities,teachers also cannot avoid the impact of the digitization.Under the background of digital age,teacher's role should be from knowledge transfer to knowledge collaborator,from curriculum executor to curriculum developer,from learning supervisors to learning leaders.In order to adapt to the digital age era form,teachers should keep up with the times update role awareness,shape multilayer compound knowledge structure,and construct symbiotic developmental learning community,to assistance the change of teachers'role.
