摘 要:为实现对某型直线舵机性能参数加载测试,设计了一套电动直线负载模拟器。针对系统中存在的多余力矩扰动和非线性因素干扰等问题,对系统输出的影响因素进行了研究。首先结合加载系统结构和工作原理,建立数学模型,得到输出力的传递函数和具体影响因素;然后依次研究系统机械连接刚度、加载电机的输入力、直线舵机的运动形式、机械摩擦和间隙等非线性时变量对系统加载力输出的影响,并采用频域分析和谐波跟踪等方法进行性能评估;最后结合具体实验曲线,对加载力谐波畸变中的死区和平顶现象进行定性分析,为进一步提高电动直线负载模拟器动态特性和信号跟踪准确度提供了理论依据。In order to test the performance parameters of a linear servo,a linear electric load simulator was designed.Aiming at the problems of excess torque disturbance and nonlinear factor interference in the system,the influencing factors of the system output are studied.First of all,the mathematical model is established based on the structure and working principle of the loading system,and the transfer function of the output force and the specific influencing factors are obtained.Then the stiffness of the system,the input force of the loading motor,the motion form of the linear servo,the mechanical friction and the clearance nonlinear time-varying variables on the system load force output,and the use of frequency domain analysis and harmonic tracking and other methods for performance evaluation;Finally,combined with specific experimental curves,the load-bearing harmonic distortion in the dead zone and flat-top qualitative analysis,It provides a theoretical basis for further improving the dynamic characteristics of the linear load simulator and the accuracy of signal tracking.
