摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学法在胃肠外科规培教学中的应用。方法将2016年1月—2017年2月在我院胃肠外科规培轮转的60名外科规培学员,随机分为两组(实验组和对照组),每组30名。实验组用PBL教学法带教;对照组以传统教学方法带教,以出科成绩作为判别标准对PBL教学法和传统教学法进行比较。结果比较两组规培学员出科成绩,实验组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);比较两种带教方法在规培学员中的认可程度,实验组的认可程度亦明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法不仅在提高外科规培学员主动学习积极性、发掘对知识的探究精神具有意义,还能在提高规培质量和加速更新临床带教老师理论知识方面发挥作用。Objective To explore the application of PBL teaching method in the teaching of the standardized residents training in hospital of gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 60 students from January 2016 to February 2017 of the standardized residents training in hospital of gastrointestinal surgery were randomly divided into two groups(experimental group and control group),30 students in each group.The experimental group was taught by PBL teaching method.The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods and compared the PBL teaching method with the traditional teaching method.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the recognition degree of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method in improving surgical gauge not only cultivates the student active learning enthusiasm,and explore the exploring spirit has the significance of knowledge,can improve the gauge theory of culture quality and accelerate the update of clinical teaching teacher knowledge play a role.
