摘　　要：高校电化教育工作是我国高等教育教学建设的重要组成部分。本文从提升电教软硬件环境、全方位发挥电教服务职能、建立和完善电教工作管理制度、加强电教人才队伍建设等几个方面,介绍了电教工作改革的探索与实践。Electrified education reform in colleges is an important part of higher education in China.Methods and progress of electrified education reform is carried out from aspects of construction of hardware and software environment,omnibearing service function,reform and improvement of management system and talent team construction.
