摘 要:随着越来越多的非人力资源管理专业开设《人力资源管理》课程,教学中必须明确课程的定位,并结合课程定位选择合适的教学内容,灵活运用多种教学模式,包含充分利用多媒体技术进行"互联网+"的授受型教学、精选贴近时代最新案例开展案例型教学、结合国家职业标准开展模拟型教学、结合学生个人兴趣开展实践型教学等,以适应时代和社会的需求。With the creation of the human resources management course in more and more non professional human resources management,the positioning of the curriculum teaching must be clear.Combining with the course orientation,appropriate teaching materia should be selected,flexible use of various teaching modes,including making full use of multimedia technology in'Internet+'teaching,selection of the latest cases carried out close to the times case teaching,combined with the national occupation standard to carry out simulation teaching,combined with students'personal interests to carry out practice teaching so as to adapt to the needs of the times and society.
