摘　　要："新工科"的提出为高等教育工程人才培养指明了方向和道路,本文主要讨论新工科视角下工科院校"高层次应用型"人才培养机制的创新改革要求,阐述了新工科背景下"高层次应用型"人才培养的实践及成效。"New engineering"is put forward for higher education of engineering pointed out the direction and path of talents cultivation,this article focuses on engineering colleges and universities under the new engineering perspective"high-level"talent cultivation mechanism innovation reform requirement,this paper expounds the new"high-level"talents under the background of engineering practice and results.
