摘 要:基于氰化物衍生化及顶空气相色谱技术,尝试建立一种适用于啤酒样品中氰化物含量检测方法。同时,对检测过程中衍生剂用量、衍生pH值、顶空平衡时间和平衡温度等条件进行优化。利用该方法对15种不同品牌啤酒样品中的氰化物含量进行分析检测,试验结果表明,该方法具有良好的准确度和灵敏度,氰离子在0.001 mg/L~0.1 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,最低检出限为0.000 56 mg/L,相对标准偏差值低于10%,回收率在86.9%~91.8%,稳定性好,抗干扰能力强,在实际生产中具有很好的应用价值。Based on cyanide derivatization and headspace gas chromatography,a method for the determination of cyanide content in beer samples was established for the first time.At the same time,the parameters such as the amount of derivatized agent,the pH value,the balance time and temperature of the headspace were optimized.Analyze the cyanide content of 15 different brands of beer samples by using this method.The experimental results showed that this method had good accuracy and sensitivity,the linear relationship of cyanide ions in the range of 0.001 mg/L to 0.1 mg/L was good and the minimum detection limit was 0.000 56 mg/L,relative standard deviation was less than 10%,the recovery rate in good stability 86.9%-91.8%,strong anti-interference ability,has good application value in the actual production.
