摘  要:采集74份内蒙古甜荞样品,进行常规营养素检测和比较。结果表明甜荞营养素含量(x±2SD, g/100g)为水分12.24±1.86、灰分1.31±0.75、脂肪1.98±1.20、蛋白质9.94±4.66、淀粉70.64±7.60,膳食纤维3.89±4.05,且内蒙古各地区甜荞常规营养素含量存在差异。该结果为居民膳食指导及内蒙甜荞食物成分表的建立提供了依据。74 samples of Inner Mongolia buckwheat were collected for routine nutrition test and comparison.The results showed that the content of buckwheat(χ±2SD,g/100g)was 12.24±1.86,ash was 1.31±0.75,fat was 1.98±1.20,protein was 9.94±4.66,starch was 70.64±7.60,dietary fi ber was 3.89±4.05,and the conventional nutrient content of buckwheat was different in Inner Mongolia.The results provided a basis for the dietary guidance of residents and the establishment of Inner Mongolia buckwheat food composition liste.
