摘　　要："全面两孩"政策实施后,女性平等就业问题成为新的时代关切。文章通过对重庆市3 077名在职人员进行问卷调查,并结合深度访谈发现:"全面两孩"政策实施后,女性在劳动力市场的就业不平等问题加剧,存在"入职"门槛抬高,私营部门就业性别不平等较公共部门突出,公共部门隐性歧视进一步凸显等问题,这其中法律保障存在不足成为"全面两孩"政策下女性就业更加不平等的首要原因,且需高度关注用人单位在促进女性平等就业中的重要作用。因此,在其他社会主体配合下,强化政府统筹管理,加强法律保障、拓宽维权渠道、普及性别平等观念、降低用人成本及提升女性职业竞争力,最终实现"全面两孩"政策下女性在劳工世界的平等。After the implementation of the"Universal Two-Child"policy,the issue of women's equal employment has become a concern in the new era.Through a questionnaire survey of 3,077 working staff in Chongqing,and an in-depth interview,it is found that women's employment inequality in the labor market has been intensified after the implementation of the"Universal Two-Child"policy,the employment"entry"threshold,gender inequality in private sector employment is more prominent than in the public sector and invisible employment discrimination from the public sector rise.And them,the lack of legal protection has become the primary reason for the more unequal employment of women under the"Universal Two-Child"policy,and it is necessary to pay close attention to the important role of employers in promoting equal employment for women.Therefore,with the cooperation of other social bodies,the government should strengthen the overall management.By strengthening the legal protection,broadening the channels for safeguarding rights,popularizing the concept of gender equality,reducing the cost of employment and enhancing the competitiveness of women's occupations,the equality of women in the labor world under the policy of the"Universal Two-Child"is finally realized.
