摘　　要：为准确了解重庆市对高职园林技术专业人才的需求结构,为人才培养模式改革提供方向和依据,课题组从区域行业、企业、从业人员及毕业生四个层面选取有代表性的人员进行调查,详细了解了园林行业发展的背景、趋势等内容,对相应的职业岗位群、岗位群知识、能力、开设课程和从业人员素质等要求进行了分析,并结合专业实际提出了建设构想,为专业的健康、可持续发展提供了依据。In order to accurately understand the demand structure of landscape technology talents who graduate from higher vocational colleges and to provide direction and basis for the reform of talent training mode,the research group made an investiga-tion among the representative personnel who are selected from the regional industry,enterprises,employee and graduates.According to the result of the investigation,try to understand the background and trend of the development of the industry,then make an analy-sis on the requirements of the corresponding occupational post group,post group knowledge,ability,courses and employee’s profes-sional quality.It will provide a basis for the sustainable development of the landscape technology specialty.
