摘  要:近年高职学生潜能被忽视、成长需要被压抑、自信心不足等发展问题日益凸显。研究项目从理论上构建了一个基于学生成长需要驱动其潜能开发为核心能力的综合素质培养模式,强调了情境、个人、时间在成长过程中的相互作用;运用行动研究方法对湖北职业技术学院学生从一年级开始实施为期三年的素质拓展培养,并通过心理测量问卷对行动效果进行验证。实践结果表明,依据"成长驱动,潜能开发"的综合素质培养模式所设计的行动计划,有效地促进了高职学生工作由"以教师为中心"向"以学生为中心"的转变,促进了学生潜能开发和可持续发展。In recent years,development problems of higher vocational students such as potential’s being neglected,growth needs’being constrained and lack of self-confidence have become increasingly prominent.This study attempted to construct an overall quality training model in theory based on the hypothesis that growth needs of students require stimulating potential development to form comprehensive capabilities,and emphasized the interaction among the context,the person and the time in the process of growth.Action Research method was applied to conduct an experiment of a three-year quality development training program on first-grade students at Hubei Polytechnic Institute.The results of the action were tested through psychometric questionnaires.Practical results have revealed that the action program designed on the basis of the overall quality training model of“growth-driven and potential development”has effectively promoted a transformation of higher vocational education from“teacher-centered”to“student-centered”and promoted the potential development and sustainable development of students.
