摘　　要：药物合成反应是制药工程与药学专业最核心的课程之一,具有很强的理论性和实践性。本文针对目前该课程教学存在的不足和自身的教学经验,提出药物合成反应应与基础有机化学的教学有机统一,不断优化教学内容,合理科学安排实践教学,采用多元教学方法,切实提升教学质量,提高学生综合运用知识的能力。Pharmaceutical Synthetic Reactions is one of the most important courses of pharmaceutical engineering and pharmacy specialty and is a strong theoretical and practical course.The teaching of drug synthesis should be integrated with basic organic chemistry according to the disadvantage in teaching and our teaching experience.Optimizing teaching contents,reasonably and scientificly arranging practical teaching and adopting multiple teaching methods to improve the quality of teaching and students'ability to use knowledge comprehensively.
