摘  要:文章通过阐述"四位一体"的内涵特征,分析工业设计专业课堂教学现状,对"四位一体"现代学徒制在工业设计专业课堂教学中的实践提出"推行学校企业一体,创新校企合作机制""推行理论实践一体,培养学生基本技能与实践应用能力""推行教师师傅一体,提高教师综合素质""推行学生员工一体,培养企业‘准员工’"策略,旨在为研究如何促进工业设计专业课堂教学的有序开展提供一些思路。By expounding the connotation and characteristics of"four in one",this paper analyzes the current situation of classroom teaching in industrial design major,and puts forward the strategies for the practice of"four in one"modern apprenticeship in the classroom teaching of industrial design major,including"implementing college-enterprise integration and innovating the mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation","promoting theory-practice integration and cultivating students’basic skills and practical application ability","implementing teacher-master integration and improving the comprehensive quality of teachers","carrying out student-employee integration,and cultivating'quasi-employees'for enterprises",which are aimed at providing some ideas for promoting the orderly development of classroom teaching in industrial design major.
