青少年不道德行为的成因与防治对策——基于社会学习理论的分析

摘　　要：不道德行为是指个体具有是非善恶的道德动机或道德认知判断,但仍依照自己的意愿做不利他或既不利他又不利己的一种行为。在高速发展、环境复杂多元的社会背景下出现了不少青少年不道德行为。基于社会学习理论,不道德行为的主要心理原因有道德价值认知不强、社会道德环境影响以及社会道德规范与法律意识薄弱等。不道德行为的防治对策有:可通过正确引导青少年的道德价值认知,培养其道德品质;学习优秀榜样使其形成正确的是非善恶观念,强化行为责任意识;加强道德规范和法律意识,制约和规范青少年的社会行为。The lack of conscience behavior was a kind of behavior in which an individual has a moral motive or moral cognition judgment,but still do what is not altruistic to themself or others according to his own wishes.In the context of rapid development and complex and diverse society,many teenagers'conscience absence behavior has appeared.Based on the theory of social learning,the main psychological reasons of the absence of conscience was the lack of moral value cognition,the influence of social moral environment,and the weak social norms and legal awareness,and so on.The prevention and treatment strategies for the lack of conscience are:to correctly guide the moral values of young people and cultivate their moral qualities;to learn good examples to form correct concepts of good and evil,to strengthen the sense of responsibility for behavior;to strengthen moral norms and legal awareness,restrict and regulate the social behavior of young people.
