护理专业大学生评判性思维能力与临床决策能力相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:通过调查护理专业大学生评判性思维能力与临床决策能力现状,探讨二者之间的关系及其影响程度。方法:采用评判性思维能力量表和临床决策能力测量工具对2013级护理本科207名学生进行问卷调查。结果学生评判性思维总分为(285.94±31.78)分;2013级护理本科学生207名护生临床决策能力的卷面平均得分为90.50分,加权平均得分为72.86分,可能与护理教育者近年来护理教育者重视护理专业本科生临床决策能力的培养有关。结论:护理专业大学生评判性思维能力影响临床决策能力,护理教育者应掌握护生评判性思维能力及临床决策能力特点及存在的问题,有针对性地采取措施,从而提高护生临床实际工作能力。Objective:By investigating the current situation of critical thinking ability and clinical decision-making ability of nursing college students,the relationship between them and their influence were discussed.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 207 nursing undergraduates at grade 2013 using the critical thinking ability scale and clinical decision-making ability measurement tools.Results:The total score of students'critical thinking is(285.94±31.78).The average score and Weighted average score of 207 nursing undergraduates in 2013 was 90.50 and 72.86 respectively.It may be related to nursing educators'attention to the training of clinical decision-making ability of nursing undergraduates in recent years.Conclusion:Nursing college students'critical thinking ability affect their clinical decision-making ability,nursing educators should be familiar with the critical thinking ability of nursing students and clinical decision-making characteristics and existing problems,and take targeted measures,so as to improve the clinical practical work ability of nursing students.
