摘  要:茶文化课程通过茶悦己悦人,丰富生活,弘扬我国传统的茶文化及其精神,提升民族自信和文化自信等在民族院校人才培养、素质教育方面影响巨大,特别是教学内容上要突出科学化、艺术化、技能化,在教学方式上关注传统文化传承、德育教育、美育教育、校园文化打造等来推进青海民族大学素质教育工作,并对类似民族学校发展有一定的借鉴意义。Through tea to please oneself and others and enrich life,the tea culture curriculum carrying forward the traditional tea culture and spirit of our country,and enhancing national confidence and cultural confidence,which has a great influence on the cultivation of talents and quality-oriented education in ethnic colleges and universities.Especially,it should emphasize scientific,artistic,and skillful in the teaching content and pay close attention to traditional cultural heritage,moral education,aesthetic education,and campus culture in the teaching methods which can promote the quality-oriented education of Qinghai Nationalities University and have certain reference significance for the development of similar ethnic schools.
