依托传统文化教育培育工匠精神的策略思考

摘　　要：传统文化中蕴育着培育工匠精神的宝贵资源,工匠精神厚植于优秀传统文化之中。高职院校要转变观念,充分认识传统文化教育的重要性,做好传统文化教育的顶层设计,在课程教学中突出对工匠精神的引导,开展形式多样的传统文化教育实践,增强文化自信,培育工匠精神。Traditional culture is the precious resource and effective supply for cultivating craftsman spirit,which is deeply rooted in excellent traditional culture.Vocational colleges should change the concept,fully understand the importance of traditional culture education,do a good job in the top-level design of traditional culture education,give prominence to the guidance of craftsman spirit in the teaching,and carry out various forms of traditional culture education practice to enhance students'cultural self-confidence and cultivate their craftsman spirit.
