摘　　要：现代学徒制是高等职业教育改革的重要方向,其独特的人才培养模式要求有与之相适应的学生管理模式。本文在充分考虑现代学徒制人才培养特点的基础上,根据学生管理的基本原则,对高职现代学徒制学生管理模式创新进行了探讨。The modern apprenticeship is an major direction for the reform of higher vocational education,Its unique training mode requires a suitable student management mode.On the basis of the characteristics of modern apprenticeship and the principles of student management,this paper discusses the innovation of student management mode of higher vocational colleges.
