摘　　要：超声医学在现代医学中日渐重要,发展迅速,并且是一门实践性和操作性很强的临床学科。临床实习期间是提高学生自身操作能力的关键时期,但中医院校学生对于解剖、病理及病理生理等西医方面的基础知识掌握较为薄弱。故在实习过程中,更要求重视理论知识、分类施教、多种教学方法灵活应用、鼓励学生多上机操作、让学生进一步学习超声的新技术及新进展等,并在这几个方面总结实习带教中的经验体会,期望在今后教学工作中不断提高教学质量,让学生学以致用,为今后临床工作做好扎实的铺垫。Ultrasonic medicine has become increasingly important in modern medicine and has developed rapidly.It is also a clinical discipline with strong practicality and operability.The period of clinical practice is the key period to improve the students'ability of operation,but the basic knowledge of the anatomy,pathology and pathophysiology of Western medicine is relatively weak.Therefore,during the internship process,we need to pay more attention to theoretical knowledge,classification and teaching,flexible application of various teaching methods,encouragement of students to operate more machines,and further study of new technologies and advances in ultrasound,and in these several aspects to sum up the experience in the practice teaching,expect to improve the quality of teaching in the future teaching work,so that students to learn to use,for the future clinical work to do a solid foundation.
