摘  要:有效教学是一种提倡效果、效益、效率三者并重的教学观,有效果、有效益、有效率是有效教学的三个维度。对分课堂是复旦大学的张学新教授近年来提出的一种新的教学模式,它将传统讲授式课堂教学的优点与国外讨论式课堂的优点有机结合,以提高学生的思维能力和探索精神为出发点和落脚点,注重师生互动、生生互动,增加了教学吸引力,有效地激发了学生的学习积极性。为了达成有效果、有效益、有效率的教学目的,初步探讨尝试将对分课堂引入到中医内科学教学改革中。Effective teaching is a kind of teaching view that advocates effect,benefit and efficiency,and they are the three dimensions of effective teaching.PAD class,which is a new teaching mode proposed by Professor Zhang Xuexin of Fudan University in recent years,attempts to combine mutual merits of traditional classroom lectures and discussions.Both the starting point and objective are to improve students'thinking ability and exploring spirit.Students'interaction and interaction between teachers and students are stressed to stimulate students'learning interest.In order to achieve the effective,beneficial and efficient teaching objective,the author tries to introduce PAD class into the reform of TCM Internal Medicine teaching.
