摘  要:护理专职教师是护理教学的主要组成部分,其专业水平直接影响护理教学的质量。根据高校护理专业教学的实际情况,学生在进入社会后面临的竞争越来越激烈,这样就要求学校在不断发展的过程中采取有效的措施提升教学质量,从而让学生进入社会后能在职业竞争中取得更好的优势,为学校的发展奠定坚实的基础。本文针对高校护理教学的实际情况,对高校职能视角下护理专职教师临床实践模式进行探讨。The nursing full-time teachers are the main components of nursing teaching,and their professional level directly affects the quality of nursing teaching.According to the actual situation of the teaching of nursing specialty in colleges and universities,the students are facing more and more fierce competition after the birth of the society.This requires the school to take effective measures to improve the quality of teaching in the process of continuous development so that the students can get better advantages in the professional competition and lay a solid foundation for the development of the school.Aiming at the actual situation of nursing teaching in Colleges and universities,this paper discusses the clinical practice mode of nursing full-time teachers from the perspective of university functions.
