高职基础课程培养学生职业素质的途径研究

摘　　要：高职院校公共基础课程的改革要以提高学生职业素质为目标,通过合理安排课程内容,满足岗位需求,为学生学习专业课程打下基础。文章阐述了职业素质与高职基础课程的关系,探索了符合高职实际的基础课程体系的构建,提出了基于职业素质培养的基础课程改革途径与办法。The reform of public basic courses in higher vocational colleges should aim at improving students'professional quality to satisfy post demands by arranging course contents reasonably,and lay a foundation for students to study professional courses.This paper expounds the relationship between vocational quality and basic courses in higher vocational colleges,explores the construction of basic course system in line with the reality of higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the ways and methods of basic course reform based on vocational quality training.
