高校创新创业教育目的研究

摘　　要：创新创业教育在我国高校已实践近二十年,仍存在诸多问题,不能满足国家对创新型人才的需求。通过对隐藏于创新创业教育实践形态的教育目的分析,发现创新创业教育目存在三种取向:国家取向、社会取向(含高等院校)和个体取向。这三种取向因不同主体的利益诉求存在内在冲突而导致创新创业教育在实践中难以达到互嵌和整合的效果。创新创业教育的产出是具有创新精神和创新能力的个体,一切创新的根基是思想建构和个体具有改变框架的潜能。基于思想建构取向的创新创业教育才能从根本上调解实践中的冲突及整合高等教育资源,优化高等教育秩序,引导高等院校自我革新。Innovation and entrepreneurship education has been practiced in universities in China for nearly two decades which there are still many problems that can not meet the country's demand for innovative talents.Through the analysis of education objective which has been hidden in the practical condition of innovation and entrepreneurship education,we have found that there are three orientations on innovation and entrepreneurship education objective,including national orientation,social orientation(university included)and individual orientation.The three kinds of orientation have internal conflicts because of the interest demands of different subjects so that the innovation and entrepreneurship education can not been achieved the effect of interlocking and integration in practice.The output of innovation and entrepreneurship education is getting an individual with innovative spirit and innovative ability.The foundation of all innovation is the idea construction and the individual has the potential to change the frame.The innovation and entrepreneurship education based on the orientation of idea construction can fundamentally mediate the conflicts in practice,integrate the education resources,optimize the higher education order and guide the self-innovation of colleges and universities.
