摘  要:本文主要采用资料整理法,以青年教师教学技能竞赛对研究对象,对淮南师范学院青年教师教学技能认知状况进行研究。结果显示:参赛教师对"教学组织""教学特色"的自我认知过低,对"教学设计方案"的自我认知偏低,对"语言教态"的自我认知偏高,对"教学内容"的自我认知良好;整体而言,青年教师的自我认知比实际情况低;参赛教师和评委一致认为最需要提高的能力是教学特色。Abstract This paper mainly uses the data collation method to study the objects of young teachers'teaching skills competition and to study the knowledge status of young teachers'teaching skills in Huainan Normal University.The results showed that the teachers'self-perception of"teaching organization"and"teaching characteristics"was too low,their self-perception of"teaching design plan"was low,and their self-perception of"language teaching state"was high.The self-cognition of"teaching content"is good;overall,the self-perception of young teachers is lower than the actual situation;the participating teachers and the judges agreed that the most important ability to improve is teaching characteristics.
