摘　　要：地方高校建筑学专业承担着应用型人才培养的重任。随着时代发展,应用型人才的内涵发生变化。根据这一变化,学院的人才培养方案、实践课程体系和教学组织、教师队伍建设都积极应对,取得显著的人才培养效果。Abstract The architecture specialty of local universities is undertaking the important task of training applied talents.With the development of the times,the connotation of applied talents has changed.According to this change,the college's personnel training program,practice curriculum system,teaching organization,teacher team building are actively responding to it,and achieved remarkable results in personnel training.
