摘　　要：Interleukin-10(IL-10), a cytokine with anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory functions, regulates the biology of B and T cells. The present review describes the role of IL-10 in normal renal physiology, during acute kidney injury and in the development of chronic renal failure.
